Yellow Advances will collect this information when you complete and submit the forms provided on our website or when you complete and submit such forms via facsimile, via mail, or in person. This information will be collected solely for purposes of buying and selling your real estate commissions, although Yellow Advances does reserve the right to use such information as described in the sections of this Privacy Policy entitled “Internal Disclosure of Personal Identification Information” and “External (or Third Party) Disclosure of Personal Identification Information.”
3. Internal Disclosure of Personal Identification Information:
Any of your personal identification information Yellow Advances collects will be used internally only by those employees and agents of Yellow Advances who have a reason to know and use such information for purposes of closing any sale of your real estate commissions, managing your account with Yellow Advances, determining whether you are eligible for Yellow Advances products and services, enforcing Yellow Advances rights to collect from you (if necessary), and otherwise providing customer service to you. Otherwise, your personal identification information will be held in strict confidence, in accordance with policies and procedures required by Federal and Provincial laws. The terms and conditions outlined throughout this Privacy Policy, are interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (without applying the province’s conflict-of-law principles). If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. (f) to any person or entity who has a bona fide interest in purchasing the equity or assets of Yellow Advances or who does purchase the equity or assets of Yellow Advances (but, in each case, only on a confidential basis);

For example, Yellow Advances may contact the buying or selling agent, the related brokers, the buyers or sellers, or the closing attorney or settlement agent relating to the real estate commission. These people may provide us with supplemental information about you and we may keep that information in our records, subject to the protections afforded in this Privacy Policy. Yellow Advances may, but is not obligated to, request and review your consumer credit report, which information may be maintained in our records about you. Again, such information will be kept in confidence in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Yellow Advances may also lawfully obtain information about you from other third parties and public records.
9. Site and Service Updates:
From time to time, Yellow Advances may contact your regarding amendments or updates to the forms and agreements used by Yellow Advances.
